Question 1: I’ve been reverse dieting for about 6 months and I’ve been maintaining at 2500 calories for about 2 months now. I know I should maintain longer, but I want to cut. What should I cut my calories to?


Question 2: For hanging knee raises, my grip fails before my core does. Should I wear wrist wraps to help me do more knee raises or is this movement more about strengthening my grip?
