Question 1: Hey question, my son is 12 and he weighs 160lbs. I'm trying to be very delicate about his weight, but I'm also a very concerned mother. I've been working out with him and doing strength training workouts, and we had started measuring ourselves because I told him you may not lose a lot of weight, but you will gain muscle. My question is…this kid is a VERY picky eater. How do I get him to eat healthier? What should I do as far as calorie intake with him?
