We also talk about the importance of building muscle to achieve the body composition you’re looking for - and this takes A LOT OF TIME!

We highly recommend ditching the scale - it doesn’t tell the whole story! The best way to track progress is progress pictures and measurements in our opinion. Work on shifting your mindset to enjoying the process over obsessing over the results. Train with intention, eat mostly whole, natural foods, eat enough protein and watch your results skyrocket.
