In today’s episode of the podcast, we go over tips for navigating the grocery store like a pro. Having a strong and consistent grocery shopping routine is one of the best ways you can ensure you’re regularly eating healthy and whole foods. You’ve probably heard of sticking to the perimeter of the store to buy your food, which is mostly true. The parameter is where you will find produce, meats, and other whole foods with hardly any of the nonperishable foods that are typically placed in the middle of the store. We go over why shopping the perimeter is a good place to start, and share tips on how to navigate shopping in general so you can get what you actually need and get the heck out of there!
