Question 1: I’m awful at balance! I know unilateral training is the answer, but where do I even begin?


Question 2: Alright STYB crew, I have a question for a friend...

My friend is super strong and does HIIT classes now with 20 LB weights (she is moving at a slower pace with high weights), but she complains about not having muscle definition.

In my personal awareness, I do notice that some people that NEVER work out and drink beer all the time have like 6 pack abs and others that workout all the time might lack muscle definition. What's going on here? Is there a difference between men and women in this regard as well?


Question 3: Should I reduce calories on my rest days from training?
