Question 1: I’m 3 months into strength training and I can’t make myself eat enough so I am burning all of the calories. My weight seems to be pretty low. What are tips on how to make yourself eat more?
Question 2: High reps with lower weight or low reps with higher weight? I’ve been doing the higher weight option for a while now, but curious what others have experienced mixing the two.
