How to Stay Motivated During the Winter

Just in time for the holidays, this episode aims to give you the tools and motivation to maintain strong fitness habits during the colder months of the year. Think of your fitness in different seasons: summer is cardio season (which should have at least one day a week of strength training) & winter is a strength training focused season. We discuss what a healthy fitness & strength training routine looks like in the colder months, and we also discuss ways to incorporate cardio in colder months of the year. 

We also talk about the winter blues, and ways to curb seasonal depression with outside time, a healthy diet, and supplements, which involves some investment in the right clothing and quality supplements.
