Stronger By Thanksgiving: Our 21 Day Challenge
This week’s episode is about our Stronger Than Your Boyfriend by Thanksgiving Challenge. This is the second year of running this challenge, and it’s all about building healthy habits to take you into the holiday season, so you enter 2024 feeling stoked about your strength and crushing fitness goals. Starting November 2nd, we will be building habits that enable you to boost your performance in the gym. We want to shift your mindset to getting strong, whatever that looks for you based on your goals.
THE CHALLENGE BREAKDOWN:
- Perform at least 3 strength training workouts per week.
- Drink at least half of your bodyweight in ounces of water per day.
- Walk at least 8,000 steps per day.
- Eat a minimum 100g of protein per day.
First place gets $250 cash! Second place wins a Barpath hoodie and third place wins a Barpath t-shirt!
